How fast do we get the final edit?
Finished video and retouched photographs land within 3–5 working days, depending on package. If you need something sooner, the 24-hour express option delivers a highlight cut and a stills selection the next morning. A first selects gallery usually reaches you the same evening.
Do you travel outside Amsterdam?
Regularly. We're Amsterdam-based and work across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and the rest of Europe. Domestic travel is included; anything further is shown as a clear line on the quote, never a surprise.
Can you do video and photography at the same event?
Yes, and most clients book both. It means one crew, one point of contact and one consistent look across everything you get back — rather than coordinating two suppliers who've never met.
Can our in-house team have the raw footage?
Yes. Raw media handover is included on multi-day bookings and available as an add-on elsewhere. Licensing is spelled out in the quote, so there's no ambiguity about what you can use and where.
What actually happens on the call?
Fifteen minutes, no pitch. We ask about your event, dates, venue and what you need the content for, then tell you what it would take and roughly what it costs. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so — you'll get a written quote within one working day either way.
Our event is very soon. Are we too late?
Often not. We hold capacity for short-notice work and have crewed events briefed less than 48 hours out. Message us on WhatsApp with the date and we'll tell you straight away whether we can cover it.
